经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术32例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术的安全行及可行性并总结手术经验。方法回顾分析我院2011年3月至2012年1月行单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除手术的32例患者的病例资料。结果30例成功施行经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术,手术时间20～75min,术后无出血、肠瘘、切口感染等并发症发生,恢复情况良好,切口美观。1例因既往反复发作盆腔炎,术中见回盲部粘连严重,中转为三孔法切除阑尾。1例阑尾根部坏疽穿孔中转开腹行阑尾切除术。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术虽然操作难度有所增加,但是安全可行,美容效果明显,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the umbilical single span the safety and feasibility of laparoscopic appendectomy and summarize the operation experience. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital in March 2011 to January 2012 line single-arch laparoscopic appendectomy surgery of 32 cases of patients information. Results 30 cases of successfully implemented by the umbilical single-arch laparoscopic appendectomy, operation time 20 ～ 75 min, postoperative bleeding complications, such as, intestinal fistula, infection of incision, recovering well, incision and beautiful. Because of always recurrent pelvic inflammatory disease, 1 cases in see back to the blind of adhesion is serious, into three hole method, having your appendix removed. 1 case of gangrene perforating appendix root transit line open appendectomy. Conclusion Although the umbilical single-arch laparoscopic appendectomy operation difficulty increased, but safe and feasible, cosmetic effect, worthy of clinical application.
