摘　　要：随着我国保险业的高速发展,保险公司员工压力问题日益突出。保险公司经营的特殊性使得保险行业员工面临巨大的职业压力。在对员工压力管理进行理论界定的基础上,按保险公司员工的工作性质进行分类,分析不同部门员工面临的主要压力源,进而对保险公司完善员工压力管理、提高经营效率提出对策建议。With the rapid development of insurance industry, the occupational stress of employees in insurance companies grows. The particularity of companies＇ operation brings employees large occupational stress. This article, based on the theoretical definition of oc- cupational stress management, classifies employees according to their working properties and describes the sources of stress that em- ployees face in different sectors so as to give measures and suggestions on improving the employee stress management and operation effi- ciency in insurance eomparies.
