摘  要:采用铝板作为电极进行废水中Ni2+的电絮凝去除实验,考察电流密度、溶液初始pH值、水体常见阳离子(Ca2+和Mg2+)及极板间距对铝板电絮凝去除Ni2+效率的影响.通过溶解态铝絮体聚合度、pH值变化等指标的检测分析,阐明这些影响因素对电絮凝效率的作用机制.结果表明,电流密度为13mA/cm2、初始pH值在中性或弱碱性范围时,反应60 min后,Ni2+去除率可达99%以上;废水中的Ca2+和高浓度Mg2+可明显降低Ni2+的去除率;极板间距对电絮凝效率的影响不显著.An aluminum (AI) plate was used as an electrode for electrocoagulation removal of Ni2+ in aqueous solution. The effects of the main influencing factors on the removing efficiency of Ni2+ , including current density, initial aqueous pH, usual cations such as Ca2+ and Mg2+ , and the plate spacing of the Al electrode, were investigated. The mechanisms of these intluencing factors for the electrocoagulation process were clarified by conducting the survey and analysing the polymerization degree of dissolved aluminum floc and pH change during electrolysis. The results obtained from this study indicate that the removal rate of Ni2+ is more than 99% during a 60 rain electrolysis at the current density of 13 mA/cm2 under neutral or weak alkaline pH. However, the removing performance of Ni2+ is significantly restrained under the presence of a relatively high concentration Ca2+ or Mg2+ in aqueous solution. In addition, the effect of the plate spacing of Al electrode on electrocoagulation efficiency of Ni2+ is not obvious.
