摘 要:针对长期使用计算机造成的视力下降、腰颈椎疾病等问题,设计基于鼠标的生理信息采集硬件与配套计算机软件,通过算法设计与理论研究,实现对计算机用户的日常健康评价及疲劳休息提示功能。采用嵌入式设计方法使计算机鼠标具备脉搏采集功能。基于MFC进行系统软件开发,综合用户输入信息、采集脉搏信息、用户对计算机的操作信息设计算法,对用户健康状况及疲劳状况进行评价。实验部分选定30例健康受试者,设计疲劳实验。在疲劳实验前后,分别采集被试者指端容积脉搏波信息,并对被试者进行疲劳症状问卷调查。对脉搏信号进行时域和波形特征分析,提取心率及变异性参数、波形特征量K′及对波形进行归一化处理。采用健康鼠标可实时采集用户脉搏数据,软件可实时更新用户计算机有效操作时间、疲劳指数、健康指数。系统可及时反映用户健康状况,并在用户较为疲劳时提示用户休息。实验结果表明,心率及RMSSD、SDNN两项变异性指标在计算机操作疲劳实验前后有显著性差异(P<0.01)。疲劳实验后的脉搏波波形较实验前趋于圆滑。拟合后的疲劳指数可直观反映用户疲劳状态。该设计为市场上不多见的疲劳健康实时监测系统,在技术与应用层面具有较高的创新性,在计算机使用者的保健与养生方面具有一定应用价值。To avoid vision diminishing and lumbar cervical vertebra disease caused by long-term computer application,the biological information acquisition system based on the mouse and the matched computer software was designed to realize daily health evaluation and fatigue prompt to computer users. The embedded design method was adopted to enable the mouse to collect the pulse wave. The software was developed by means of MFC. It can analyze users’basic information,collect users’pulse and operation information. In addition,it can analyze the user’s health status and evaluate the current fatigue situation. In the theoretical research,30 healthy people were randomly selected to join the fatigue experiment. The mouse can realize the real-time pulse data acquisition. The software can timely update the information of the computer effectively operation time,fatigue index and healthy index. The system can reflect the users’health state in time and remind the users that they should rest when they are tired. The experiment results show that HR and its variant parameters(RMSSD and SDNN)have significant difference (P〈0.01). The pulse wave of testers after fatigue experiment was smoother than that before fatigue experiment. The fatigue index after fitting can reflect the users’fatigue state visually. The design has high innovativeness in the technical and application level. It can be applied to the computer users’health care.
