个人健康管理对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察个人健康管理对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)疗效的影响。方法:严格筛选出中度的、进行中长期无创气道正压通气(CPAP)治疗的OSAHS患者100名,随机分为个人健康管理干预组和对照组,各50人。对照组进行常规CPAP及相关治疗,干预组在常规组的基础上进行个人健康管理干预,两年后比较两组患者的疗效。结果:干预组健康指标(体重指数、红细胞计数、血糖、血压、血脂等)及PSG监测指标(低通气指数、最低动脉血氧饱和度、血氧饱和度低于90%所占睡眠时间比、氧降指数、最长氧降时间等)与对照组比较,均有显著差异(P<0.05)。干预组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论:对患者个人健康管理能有效改善阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者的健康状况、提高治疗效果。Objective：Study on individual health management mode for obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome patients with impact. Methods：To screen 100 samples with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome patients,who need long-term non-invasive positive airway pressure ventilation （CPAP） treatment . They are randomly divided into health management intervention group and control group, each 50 people. The control group was given routine CPAP and related treatments, intervention group were individual health management intervention on the basis of conventional group, curative effect of two groups were compared after 2 years.Results To compare the two groups with health indicators （body mass index, red blood cell count, blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipid） and PSG index （hypopnea index, the lowest oxygen saturation, arterial blood oxygen saturation of less than 90% of sleep time ratio, oxygen reduction index, the longest time of oxygen reduction） ,we found significant differencion （P〈0.05）. Effect of intervention group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusions：individual health management can effectively improve the overall health of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome, and improve the effect of the treatment.
