哈密瓜新品种‘新密56号’的选育

摘　　要：新密56号是以‘T1264’为母本、‘HX’为父本杂交而成的哈密瓜新品种。该品种早中熟,植株生长中等,较易坐果。全生育期78 d,果实发育期约48 d。果实椭圆形,果皮黄色,中粗全网纹。单果质量3.5 kg。果肉橘红色,肉质脆,中心可溶性固形物含量13.4%。品质好,耐贮运。适宜在新疆北疆露地栽培。2014年3月通过新疆维吾尔自治区农作物品种审定委员会审定。＇Xinmi No. 56＇ is a Hami melon hybrid developed using inbreed line ＇T1264＇ as the female parent and ＇HX＇ as male parent. The plant is stable in growth and set fruit easily. This is an early mature variety and fruit matures 78 days from sowing and 48 days from flowering. The oval shaped fruit is about 3.5 kg with yellow skin color, crisp orange flesh, and brix 13.4%. The high quality fruit stores well. This variety is suitable for cultivation in north Xinjiang. ＇Xinmi No. 56＇ was certified and registered by Xinjiang Committee for Crop Variety Registrationin March, 2014.
