摘  要:为了提高气相色谱-质谱联用法测定水基胶中苯及5种苯系物(甲苯、乙苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、邻二甲苯)结果的准确性,通过数学模型的合理构建,分析了该方法测量不确定度的主要来源,计算得到6种测定物的扩展不确定度值介于0.006-0.019mg/kg之间(k=2)。根据各不确定度分量所占的权重大小,分析得出5种实验选定的因素对于测定结果影响程度依次为:环境温度〉样品的多次测量〉静置时间〉器具称量〉曲线拟合。In order to improve the accuracy of test results, the measurement uncertainty of benzene and its five homologues (toluene, ethylbenzene, p-xylene, m-xylene, o-xylene) in water-based adhesive by GC/MS was analyzed and evaluated via establishing rational mathematical models and analyzing the main sources of uncertainty in this measuring method. The results showed that the expanded uncertainty values of the six analytes ranged from 0.006 to 0.019 mg/kg (k=2). On the basis of the weights of various components of uncertainty, the five selected experimental factors in the order of their influence on determination results were ambient temperature 〉 repeated measure 〉 standing time 〉 apparatus measuring 〉 curve fitting.
