摘  要:氢含量是衡量铝合金质量的重要指标,为准确在线测得铝合金熔体中氢含量,国内外科学工作者提出多种测氢方法,其中惰性气体循环法应用最为广泛。文中以惰性气体循环法为原理,应用微型计算机和ADAM模块实现气体循环控制和数据采集,设计和研制了一种测量精度高、测试成本低和耐用性好的测氢装置,经对比实测表明,研制的测氢仪与两种国产和日本产典型测氢仪检测结果对比偏差小于0.04 mL/100gAl。介绍了仪器工作原理、硬件组成、软件设计和实测结果。The hydrogen content is an important indicator in evaluation of the aluminum alloy quality, scientists have proposed lots of methods to accurately determine the hydrogen content in aluminum alloy melt. Among various methods, the inert gas circulating method is widely used. Depending on this method, the authors designed and developed a new type apparatus with low cost, high precision and good durability in measuring hydrogen content. Microcomputer and ADAM modules are used to control gas circulating unit and manage the data acquisition. It has been proved by comparative experiments that the measuring deviation between the developed apparatus and the two typical apparatuses made in Japan and China is lower than 0.04 mL/100gAl. In this paper, the principle of the apparatus, the hardware construction, the software design and the measuring results are introduced in detail.
