摘 要:目的了解某市保险从业人员职业倦怠程度及工作能力现状,探讨职业倦怠与工作能力的相关关系。方法采用职业倦怠指数量表(MBI)和工作能力指数量表(WAI),对某市中国人寿保险股份有限公司、中国平安人寿保险股份有限公司的保险从业人员201人进行问卷调查。结果某市保险从业人员工作能力总体状况乐观,51.2%从业人员工作能力处于良好水平。经Pearson相关分析显示,保险从业人员工作能力及其各因子与职业倦怠及其各因子均呈显著性负相关关系(r=-0.068^-0.521,P<0.05),即随着职业倦怠程度的增加,保险从业人员工作能力随之降低。经逐步回归分析显示,经济收入、工龄、情绪耗竭及饮食的合理性因素进入了工作能力评分的回归方程中,提示,这些因素对保险从业人员工作能力影响较大。以职业倦怠总分为因变量。提示,经济收入因素、工龄因素、避免饮酒过量因素和睡眠因素对保险从业人员职业倦怠影响较大。结论某市保险从业人员职业倦怠程度有所不同,且已影响到其工作能力状态。通过增加从业人员的经济收入,调整职业倦怠程度因素,保证饮食的合理性和充足的睡眠,可提高其工作能力。Objective To understand situation of job burnout degree and work ability of insurance em- ployees and explore correlation between job burnout and work ability. Methods The job burnout index scale (MBI) and work ability index scale (WAD were applied to measure job burnout and work ability, and 201 employees from China Life Insurance co. , LTD. and China Ping An life Insurance co. , LTD in Ningxia City were choose as the study subjects. Results The ability of the subjects was optimistic, 51.2% of the employ- ees had good ability to work. The Pearson correlation analysis showed that the work ability and its related fac- tors were significant negative correlation to the job burnout and its related factors (r = 0. 068 - 0. 521, P 0.05), with the increase of degree of job burnout, the work ability decreases. Stepwise regression analysis showed that the income, length of service, the rationality of the factors of emotional exhaustion and diet were included into the regression equation of the work ability scores, suggesting that these factors had a greater in- fluence on the ability to work for insurance employees. Job burnout score worked as a dependent variable. The present results suggest that income, length of service, limiting alcohol drinking and sleep are the job burnout influence factors smong insurance employees. Conclusions Job burnout degree is different among the insurance employees, and affects their ability to work. Increasing the staff's income, adjusting the degree of job burnout factors, ensuring the rational diet and enough sleep time can improve thework ability.
