摘　　要：针对橡胶金属复合制品铵盐镀锌后蓝白钝化膜防腐性能不佳的问题,选用Seal 300w、LD-5962、LD-5961、Slotofin-11等4种封闭剂对其进行封闭处理。对比了各封闭剂对橡胶金属复合制品耐蚀性、粘合性、户外耐候性、韧性以及可返工性等性能的影响。结果表明,封闭剂LD-5962和Slotofin-11较适用于橡胶金属复合制品的白锌封闭处理。Aiming at the unsatisfactory corrosion resistance of blue-white passivation film on zinc-plated rubber-metal composite products using ammonium salt zinc plating bath, four kinds of sealing agent including Seal 300w, LD-5962, LD-5961, and Slotofin-11 were used for sealing. The effects of different sealing agents on the corrosion resistance, bonding performance, outdoor weather resistance, tenacity and reworkability of rubber-metal composite products were compared. The results showed that the sealing agents LD-5962 and Slotofin-11 are suitable for the sealing of white zinc coating on rubber-metal composite products.
