摘　　要：分别从汽车灯具镀铝件部位、基材和镀铝方式三方面,总结了真空镀铝在汽车灯具上的应用。阐述了镀铝膜的性能要求和测试标准。以ABS倒车灯体真空镀铝为例,介绍了真空镀铝膜的制备工艺流程和注意事项。指出了真空镀铝膜目前存在的问题和发展趋势。The application of vacuum aluminum to automotive lamps was summarized from three aspects including the aluminum-plated positions of automotive lamp, substrates, and plating methods. The performance requirements of aluminum film and relevant test standards were described. The process flow and some matters needing attention for vacuum aluminum plating were introduced taking the vacuum aluminum plating of ABS reversing lamp as an example. The existing problems and development tendency of vacuum aluminum plating were pointed out.
