摘　　要：介绍了酸性镀锡液的维护与调整,杂质对镀锡液的影响,常见故障及其排除方法,不同基材上镀锡层的去除方法,镀锡层表面防氧化方法,以及从镀锡泥渣与回收槽液中回收锡的工艺。The maintenance and adjustment of acid tin plating bath, the effects of impurities on plating bath, the methods for removing tin coatings from different substrates, the anti-oxidation of tin coatings, and the processes for recovering tin from the sludge discharged during tin plating production and from the post-plating rinsing water in reclaiming tank were introduced.
