摘 要:上承式钢板梁桥是中、小跨径桥梁最常用的形式,其钢板梁的制孔精度直接关系到桥梁的安装质量。鉴于此,以普通32m钢板梁桥及4片主梁并列的50m钢板梁桥为研究对象,通过分析2座桥钢板梁的结构特点及连接方式的异同,围绕零件加工、组装、焊接及矫正等影响栓孔重合率的因素,确定了2座桥钢板梁的制孔工艺,即普通32m板梁桥制孔主要采用先孔法,而4片主梁并列的50m板梁桥主要采用后孔法。采用该工艺实施后,2座桥钢板梁的制孔精度均达到了标准要求,验证了工艺的合理性,实现了提高制孔精度、保证栓孔重合率和提高生产效率的目的。The deck-type steel plate girder is the most frequently used form for bridge with me-dium-sized or small spans ,the precision of hole drilling directly affects the installation quality of a bridge .Given this reason ,a common 32 m long steel plate girder bridge and a 50 m long steel plate girder bridge with four main beams installed in parallel were taken as the study background .By analyzing the structural characteristics and the similarities and differences between connecting ways of the two bridges and considering the factors influencing the hole coincidence rate ,such as the fabrication ,assembly ,welding and calibration of components ,the hole drilling techniques of the two bridges were determined .That is ,the holes in the common 32 m long steel plate girder were made mainly by pre-holing method ;whereas those in the 50 m long steel plate girder with 4 paral-lel main girders were made mainly by post holing method .The precision of hole drilling of the two bridges meet the code requirements ,proving the rationality of the techniques ,realizing the goal of improving the hole drilling precision ,ensuring hole coincidence rate and enhancing the production efficiency .
