艾滋病肺部白色念珠菌感染的CT征象分析

摘　　要：目的分析艾滋病患者合并肺部白色念珠菌感染的CT影像特征。方法回顾性分析31例艾滋病人合并肺部白色念珠菌感染的患者及36例非艾滋病肺部白色念珠菌感染的患者的CT表现特征及差异。结果两组患者中病变分布发生率在两组间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实变影、空洞、胸腔积液及纵隔肿大淋巴结的发生率在两组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾滋病肺部白色念珠菌感染发生部位及影像学表现复杂多样,与非艾滋病肺部白色念珠菌感染具有一定的差异。Objective To analyze the imaging performance characteristics of AIDS patients with pulmonary Candida albicans infection. Methods The CT imaging features in 31 cases of AIDS with pulmonary Candida albicans infections patients and 36 cases of non - AIDS with pulmonary Candida albicans infection patients were analyzed retrospectibely. Results The difference was statistically significant in lesions （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The difference was statistically significant in consolidation shadow, cavitas, thoracic lymph nodes intumesce and pleural effusion（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The lesion region was more larger in AIDS patients and the incidence rate of lungs diffuse distribution and consolidation shadow was high （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The difference between AIDS with pulmonary fungal infection and non - AIDS pulmonary fungal infection was statistically significant in lesion location and imaging features and the imaging features was complicated.
