前列地尔联合合贝爽治疗急性冠脉综合征的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨前列地尔及合贝爽联合治疗急性冠脉综合征的作用及效果。方法随机将100例急性冠脉综合征患者分为对照组和治疗组各50例,对照组予常规的药物治疗(抗凝、抗血小板聚集、调脂、扩冠);治疗组在予常规的药物治疗同时给予前列地尔及静脉泵入合贝爽,两组均以14d为一疗程;用药过程中观察每天胸痛次数及持续时间、心电图及血压、心率变化、入院前后血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)和纤维蛋白原(Fbg)变化及入院前后患者颈部血管超声的变化。结果对照组治疗总有效率为81.2%,治疗组为95.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组与治疗组的心电图改善率分别为79.8%、94.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);心率、血压值在治疗后均显著降低,且治疗组降低程度更明显;治疗前两组患者Fbg、CPR水平差异不明显,治疗后两组Fbg、CPR水平较治疗前均有显著降低,且治疗组降低更明显。治疗前两组颈部血管超声检查结果不具明显差异,治疗后两组斑块破裂、血栓形成、病变处斑块面积都有明显改善,且治疗组改善情况优于对照组。差异具统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论前列地尔联合合贝爽治疗急性冠脉综合征有良好的临床疗效。Objective To explore the effect of combine Alprostadil and Herbesser in treatment of acute coronary syndrome. Methods Randomly divided 100 patients with acute coronary syndrome into control group and treatment group each 50 case. Control group treated by general drug treatment. Treatment group added Alprostadil and Herbesser for 14d. Times of chest pains, duration, electrocardiograms, blood pressure, HRand changes of CRP, Fbg before and after treatment were observed. Results Total effective rates in contol amd treatment group were 81.2% and 95.9% ,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. ECG rate were 79. 8% and 94.0% , the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The levels of Fbg and CPR reduced significantly. In treatment group plaque breaks open, clot forms, area of plaque were obviously improved than those of the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion There has good clinical effect of combine Alprostadil and Herbesser in treatment of acute coronary syndrome.
