摘　　要：羊痘病毒是动物重要的痘病毒,属于痘病毒科脊椎动物痘病毒亚科,包括绵羊痘病毒、山羊痘病毒和疙瘩皮肤病毒。其引起的羊痘严重影响了养羊业和国际贸易的发展。作者介绍了羊痘病毒病原学特征、危害及临床症状,重点阐述了羊痘病毒分类检测的研究进展,并对新的检测方法应用于羊痘病毒分类检测进行了展望。Capripoxvirus, which belongs to Chordopoxvirinae genus, are important animal poxvirus. There are three members in capripoxvirus, sheep poxvirus, goat poxvirus and lumpy skin disease virus. And capripoxvirus seriously affect the de-velopment of wool-growingindustry and international trade. The pathogenic features and clinical symptoms of capripoxviruswere introduced in the present, as well as the research progress on the classification of capripoxvirus. Besides, the developmentof new detection technology was prospected.
