摘  要:镀铬是限动芯棒生产的最后一道工序,一般采用行进式连续镀铬工艺,由变频器驱动多台电机经减速机构后带动辊道完成工件的缓慢进给。进给异常会造成镀层不均匀甚至起皮等严重质量问题,给企业带来重大损失。装置对辊道的行进进行检测,对驱动电机的状态进行辅助检测,提供显示和故障报警功能,解决了进给异常问题。Chromate is the last working procedure of limiting mandrel production which uses the moving type continuous chrome plating and then it can drive roller to complete the work piece feed after the frequency converter driving multiple motors go through decelerator .If the feed speed is slow or unexpected shutdown it will cause the inhomogeneous coating even a leather and other serious quality problems at the same time it will bring huge losses to the enterprise .Detecting the roller moving device aided detecting on the driving motor to make it provide a liquid crystal display and alarm functions can solve the problem of roller abnormal shutdown .
