摘 要:利用2012年对江西省8个城市进行调查所得的1 262份有效问卷,引入不同的影响因素,构建多元选择模型——有序Probit模型,对林场职工生活满意度进行分析的结果表明:国有林场职工生活满意度普遍较低。在家庭特征变量中,影响职工生活满意度的主要因素是职工家庭户均年收入;在劳动条件变量中,影响职工生活满意度的主要因素是林场组织培训;在认知程度变量中,影响职工生活满意度的主要因素是林场与职工关系以及职工压力。职工家庭户均年收入、林场组织培训、林场与职工关系这三个是正相关因素,而职工压力因素是负相关因素。在实证研究的基础上,有针对性地提出了合理的措施。The state-owned forest farm is an important foundation for China forestry development andForestry workers who are the main force to promote the development should be paid close attention to.In order to further explore the current status of workers' life in state-owned forest farm, a questionnairesurvey was conducted in Jiangxi Province. This study used the 1262 valid questionnaires of eight surr-veyed cities in Jiangxi province in 2012, added different influence factors to construct multiple choicemodel-Ordered Probit model and explored the life satisfaction of forestry workers. The analyses showthat workers have generally low life satisfaction. In the family characteristics variables, life satisfac-tion household annual income. In working conditions variables, life satisfaction is mainly influencedby training factor. In cognitive variables, life satisfaction is mainly influenced by relationship betweenforestry farm and workers and stress factors. The first three factors are positive factors, and the stressfactor is a negative one. In the end, the study puts forward reasonable suggestions on the basis of thisempirical analysis, which will not only help increase the awareness of state-owned forest reform, butalso help improving the forestry workers' income, living conditions, welfare policies and quality oflife.
