文化创意产业与相关产业融合发展的四大路径

摘　　要：推进文化创意和设计服务等新型高端服务业的发展,促进其与实体经济深度融合,是培育国民经济新的增长点、提升国家文化软实力的重大举措。在文化创意与工业的融合发展中,要推动设计服务与工业的纵向产业链延伸与横向服务链拓展,激发产业升级的动力;在文化创意与旅游业的融合发展中,要打造旅游魅力的智核,营造丰富的内容、多元的主体和动态发展的框架;在文化创意与城市规划和建筑设计业的融合发展中,要坚持以人为本,实现经济价值、生态价值和文化价值的统一;在文化创意与农业的融合发展中,要结合中国农业发展的阶段性要求,以休闲农业项目为突破口,建立具有生态文化价值和现代服务业意义的农业形态。The advancement of the development of cultural creation, design services and other high-end services and the promotion of deep integration with the real economy are the major measures to cultivate new growth point of national economy and increase national cultural soft power. The integrated development of cultural creative industry and real industry should pro- mote the vertical industrial chain extension and horizontal services chain expansion between de- sign services and industry, and inspire the power of industrial upgrading. The integrated develop- ment of cultural ＆ creative industry and tourism should build the intellectual core of tourism charm and a frame.work with rich content, diverse subjects and dynamic development. The inte- grated development of cultural g〉 creative industry and urban planning and architectural design industry should adhere to the people-oriented principle and realize the unity of economic, ecological and cultural values. The integrated development of cultural ＆ creative industry and agriculture should combine with requirements of China＇s agricultural development at every stage, take leisure agricultural projects as a breakthrough, and construct agricultural forms featured by eco logical culture value and the significance of modern services.
