摘　　要：如何对住房业进行行业定位和规范管理,我国学界尚无清晰、完整的理论探讨。本文从住房业的特征、产品属性入手,讨论住房业的行业定位,分析有关的争议,认为住房业高度市场化模式不适合中国国情,应从我国国情出发,明确住房业行业定位。Abstract. how to clarify the housing industry positioning and standardized housing industry/economy management？ From the characteristics of the housing industry, product feature, the author start to discuss the industry positioning of housing industry/economy, analyze the controversy views,and compare Chinese and foreign policy practice in this area to do comparative analysis. Then, theoretically the author disprove the negative effects of the opposite argument, indicating the U.S. housing industry/economy model is not suitable for China＇s current conditions, thus to prove the proper point of view on industry positioning of housing industry.
