论民族文化产业的生态化发展及其制度保障

摘　　要：民族文化产业是文化产业的主要类型之一,其健康有序的发展对文化产业成为国民经济支柱性产业目标的实现具有重要意义。民族文化自身具有的独特性、多样性、生态脆弱性、难以保护性、意识形态性等特点,经济可持续发展的要求以及我国民族文化产业的发展现状决定了民族文化产业应选择生态经济模式生态化发展。民族文化产业的生态化发展取决于制度保障,强调政策和法律即制度环境的创设,应充分发挥产业政策和法律法规对民族文化产业生态化发展的引导、推动和保障作用。National cultural industry is one of the main types of cultural industries. Its healthy and orderly development is of great significance for the realization of developing cultural industries into a pillar industry in the national economy. National cultural industry is characteristic of being unique, diverse, ecologically fragile, difficult to protect, and ideological. It requires sustainable development of economy. The current status of China＇s national cultural development requires the ecologicalization of the ecological economic model for the eco-development of national cul- tural industry. The ecologicalization of national cultural industry depends on institutional safeguard, demanding the establishment of policies and law. The role of industrial policies, law and regulations should be fully played to guide, promote and safeguard the eco-development of national cultural industry.
