关于学院基层党组织学生党建“质量工程”研究

摘　　要：学生党建"质量工程"研究是为进一步加强和改进学生党总支建设,深入开展党员"创先争优"活动,确保学生党员创建先锋岗扎扎实实,学生党支部积极争创优秀基层党组织,以期形成一系列长效机制。本文主要基于以学生党建基本要求为基础,以创新教育过程为依据,以提高学生党组织和党员的质量为目标,充分发挥各级学生党组织的政治核心作用。具体工作内容从"制度建设、规范考核、过程管理和教育活动"四个方面着手:进一步完善各项工作制度,学生党员的具体考核标准,组织建设和党员优化以及学生的党员意识和责任。加强对学生党员的教育、管理及考察等方面的反馈工作,切实提高基层党组织建设工作的科学性。The research of the ＆quot;quality project＆quot; of student Party construction is to further strengthen and improve the construction of student Party branches, further carry out the＆quot;striving for ex-cellence＆quot; activity of Party members, ensure that student Party members create a solid example and actively establish excellent grassroots Party organizations, in order to form a series of long-term mechanism. This paper mainly takes the basic re-quirements of student Party construction as the foundation, the creative education process as the basis, and the improvement of the quality of student Party organizations and Party members as the goal, thus giving full play to the political core role of student Party organizations at all levels. The specific work starts from such four aspects as ＆quot;system construction, evaluation standard-ization, process management and education activities＆quot;, to be more specifically, to further improve the working system, the specific evaluation criteria of student Party members, organization con-struction and Party members optimization as wellas students＆#39; consciousness and responsibility of Party members.Besides,we sh-ould also strengthen the feedback of the education, management and evaluation of student Party members, so as to make grassroots Party organization construction more scientific.
