摘 要:为快速而有效的实现对单相磁通切换型磁阻电机(flux switching motor,FSM)动态特性描述,提出一种快速建立电机非线性电感模型的方法。采用磁路分析的方法建立一对定转子极之间气隙磁导随转子位置变化的表达式,并在此基础上根据单相FSM的结构特点利用气隙磁导表达式建立了励磁绕组、电枢绕组的自感及互感关于转子位置角的非线性模型。样机的反电动势实验值与模型计算值的对比表明:所提出的快速建模方法能够应用于单相FSM非线性电感的建模。电流较小时准确度很高,电流增大时漏磁的影响变大,反电动势的实验值与模型计算值在上升沿与下降沿处会出现一定的偏差,基于单相FSM的结构特点,该偏差不会影响电机动态响应分析的准确性。In order to describe the dynamic characteristics of single-phase flux switching motor( flux switching motor, FSM) quickly and effectively, a method of establishing the nonlinear inductance model of the motor was presented. The mathematical expression of the air gap magnetic permeability between one pair of stator and rotor poles was deduced by the magnetic circuit analysis method, and the variable of the ex-pression is the rotor position. On the basis of the air gap magnetic permeability expression and the single-phase FSM' s working principle, the nonlinear inductance model of the motor was established;whose variable is also the rotor position. The comparisons of back EMF waveform between prototype testing and model computation show that the method suggested can be applied to establish the nonlinear inductance model of single-phase FSM. The model is very accurate while the current is small. The leakage magnetic field becomes obvious as the current increases. The leakage magnetic field is the cause of the deviation between experimental and calculated values on the rising and falling edge of the back EMF waveform. Because of the working principle of the single-phase FSM, the deviation doesn' t impair the accuracy of the dynamic analysis.
