摘 要:针对电压源PWM逆变器开关过程中产生高频电压必然激发电机中高频振动问题,提出一种载波移相方法抑制双PWM逆变器供电的永磁同步电机高频振动噪声。通过调节两台逆变器载波相位,控制PWM电压源逆变器中开关过程产生的谐波电压,使得电机绕组中对应高频电流产生的磁动势相互抵消,降低径向激振力,达到减小永磁同步电机高频振动目的。该方法简单实用,不影响原有控制策略,在不增加任何硬件投入情况下,大大降低电机高频振动。采用载波移相技术之后,开关频率倍频处振动加速度能有效降低18 dB左右。仿真及试验结果验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。In the motors fed by the PWM voltage source inverters, time harmonics introduced by the inverter switching processes, contribute to the motor vibrations and acoustic noise. A carrier phase shifted approach was proposed to reduce the vibration of a permanent magnetic synchronous motors ( PMSMs) fed by dual PWM inverters. The carrier phases between the dual PWM inverters were adjusted to control the voltage harmonics. The time harmonics of the stator magnetomotive force excited by the corresponding current harmonics were eliminated and the radial pressure is depressed. Consequently, the vibration and acoustic noise were deduced. Without more hardware investment the vibration and acoustic noise were reduced greatly and the method is easily implemented. The carrier phase shifted method can have a 18 dB impact on the vibration acceleration. The theoretical analysis and simulation results validate the correction and effectiveness of the proposed method.
