摘　　要：从大学生职业规划的角度出发,要培养大学生的创新能力,可以从以下几个方面入手:构筑创新人才的培养体系必须培养与社会需求和国家的发展相切合;在教学改革中融合"科学技术与社会"理论;在教学方法中强化"基于问题学习"的教学方法;在结合就业规划的实践活动中培养创新能力。In order to adapt the development of society and improve the rate of employment of college students, to cultivate students＇ innovative ability, there are following aspects. Constructing innovative talent training system must adapt to the needs of the society and the country＇ s development;mixing the theory of ＂science technology and society＂ within the teaching reform; strengthening the ＂problem-based learning＂ in teaching method;fostering innovation ability in practical ability combined with employment planning.
