摘 要:选择53个楸树(Catalpa bungei C.A.Mey)无性系,对其叶长、叶宽等11项性状进行测量,采用相关分析和通径分析法,分析了各性状对苗高生长的影响,找到了影响楸树苗高生长的直接和间接因素,构建了各性状与苗高的多元回归方程,并在Cp准则下对影响苗高生长的主要因素进行了最优性状组合筛选。结果表明:叶间长度、叶长、叶柄长、单株叶总数、叶宽/叶长、叶面积6个性状与苗高具有显著相关性;通径分析显示,6个相关性状中,单株叶总数对苗高控制作用最大,其次为叶间长度和叶面积,三者的直接通径系数分别为0.765、0.366、0.274。利用Cp准则筛选出的最优组合同通径分析相吻合。节间长度、单株叶片数、单株叶面积三者对楸树苗高的影响最大,可作为今后育种工作中的筛选参考因子。We determined 11 indexes, such as leaf length and width of selected 53 clones of Catalpa bungei, by correlation analysis and path analysis methods, built multiple regression equation, and made optimal portfolio selection of main factor under rule of Cp. Internode length, leaf length, petiole length, total number of leaves per plant, leaf width/length, and leaf area were highly correlated to seedling height. By path analysis, total number of leaves per plant ( Direct path coefficient was 0.765) had more significant effect on controlling height comparing to spaces between leaf length (Direct path coefficient was 0.366) and leaf area ( Direct path coefficient was 0.274), however, the largest of indirect path coefficient of leaf length by total number of leaves per plant to the seedlings height. Internode length, leaf number and leaf area were the bigzest influence factors, and can be used as a reference of the breeding work.
