摘  要:以61个川西云杉(Picea balfouriana)家系为研究对象,对各家系的2年生实生苗的苗高、地径、侧枝数、根系长和干质量5个生长性状进行了遗传分析和通径分析,并采用综合选择指数法评选优良家系。结果表明:川西云杉各性状在家系间存在极显著差异(P〈0.01),干质量的遗传变异系数最大,根系长最小,苗高、干质量的遗传力最大,地径的遗传力最小;地径对苗高的直接贡献最大,根系长通过地径对苗高的间接作用最大。通过综合选择指数法,评选出6个优良家系,这些家系的苗高实际增益为15.74%-65.95%,遗传增益为12.44%-52.13%。With 61 Picea balfouriana as testing materials, a progeny test was conducted on five traits of twoyearold P. balfour ana by analyzing the genetic variation, phenotypic variation and path. The superior families were selected by index selec tion. The family effect was highly significant for all the traits. The genetic variation coefficients of dry weight were the highest. The genetic component of dry weight was the highest, and the heritability was also highest. Through the comprehensive selection index method, six good family were selected with the seedling height practical gain of 15.74%-65.95% and ge netic Rain of 12.44%-52.13%.
