摘  要:选用3个杜鹃花品种Rhododendron‘Orchid Lights’,R.‘Millennium’,R.‘Pink and Sweet’的嫩枝为插穗,以V(泥炭)∶V(珍珠岩)∶V(3Lmix)=2∶2∶1为扦插基质,以不同施用方法和不同质量浓度的吲哚丁酸钾盐(K-IBA)处理插穗,在全光照自动间歇喷雾下进行嫩枝扦插试验。结果表明:不同品种间扦插生根率、平均根长和根体积差异均达到极显著水平;3个杜鹃花品种的生根效果以品种R.‘Millennium’最好,R.‘Pink and Sweet’最差,说明品种效应明显。低质量浓度的液态K-IBA对3个品种的生根有明显的促进作用,液态K-IBA质量浓度为1000 mg·L-1时对R.‘Orchid Lights’和R.‘Pink and Sweet’品种的生根效果最好,液态K-IBA质量浓度为3000mg·L-1时对品种R.‘Millennium’的处理效果较好。2种不同IBA(K-IBA和Hormodin)的7种处理方法对3个品种插穗的生根率、平均根长和根的体积具有显著性影响。With Rhododendron ' Orchid Lights' , R. ' Millennium' and R. ' Pink and Sweet' , the softwood terminal cuttings of three cultivars were treated with seven different IBA contents, then planted in the rooting medium (peat : perlite : 3Lmix= 2 : 2 : 1 ) in a greenhouse with automatic inter-mittent mist system. There was significant difference in rooting rate, rooting length and rooting ball volume between three cultivars. R. ' Millennium' had the highest rooting ability, followed by R. ' Orchid Lights' and ' Pink and Sweet'. It was more benefit to the rooting of three Rhododendron cuhivars if IBA was liq uid and the concentration was low, liquid 1 000 mg · L-1 K-IBA was preferable for the rooting of R. ' Orchid Lights' and R. 'Pink and Sweet' , and R. ' Millennium' had the best rooting effect when liquid K-IBA was 3 000 mg · L-1. There was significant difference among seven IBA treatments on rooting rate, rooting length and rooting volume between three Rhodo dendron cultivars.
