原发性高血压患者血浆LOX-1和血管紧张素-Ⅱ、醛固酮的水平变化及相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨原发性高血压患者血浆LOX-1、血管紧张素-Ⅱ、醛固酮的水平变化及相关性。方法选取124例原发性高血压患者,根据原发性高血压分级进行分组:1级(36例),2级(43例),3级(45例),同时选取健康对照40例。测定血浆LOX-1、血管紧张素-Ⅱ和醛固酮水平。结果 1、2、3级组血浆LOX-1、血管紧张素-Ⅱ和醛固酮水平均高于健康对照组,且3级组LOX-1、血管紧张素-Ⅱ和醛固酮水平明显高于2级组,2级组明显高于1级组(P<0.01);血浆LOX-1与血管紧张素-Ⅱ(r=0.902,P<0.05)和醛固酮水平呈显著正相关(r=0.832,P<0.05)。结论原发性高血压病与血浆LOX-1、血管紧张素-Ⅱ、醛固酮水平有密切关系。Objective To investigate the relation between LOX- 1, ANGⅡ , Aldosterone and the develop- ment of essential hypertension. Methods One hundred and twenty- four patients with essential hyperten- sion were divided into 3 groups according to the levels of blood pressure： hypertension grade 1, 2, 3 groups with 36, 46 and 42 cases ; 40 normal persons as control group at the same time. The plasma concentrations of LOX- 1, ANG Ⅱ , Aldosterone were measured. Results The plasma levels of LOX - 1, ANG Ⅱ , Al- dosterone in hypertension grade 1, 2, 3 groups were significantly higher than that in control group, and that in hypertension grade 3 group was higher than that in hypertension grade 2 group, grade 2 group was higher than that in hypertension grade 1 （P〈0.01）. Plasma levels of LOX - 1 was positive correlated with ANGU （r= 0. 902,P〈0.05）and Aldosterone（r= 0. 832,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Plasma levels of LOX - 1, ANG Ⅱ and Aldosterone are closely related to essential hypertension.
