摘 要:为了对湿式多片制动器工作特性进一步研究,运用接触温度计算模型、热分析基本原理、层流方程分别对湿式制动器的制动转矩、表面温升和带排转矩工作特性进行理论建模,研究了湿式制动器摩擦表面油槽形状、润滑冷却液流量、制动油压对制动器工作特性影响规律。分析结果表明:双圆弧油槽相对别的油槽具有加工简单、制动转矩较高、表面温升较小、带排效应较小等优势;润滑冷却液流量主要对湿式制动器的响应时间有较大的影响,流量越大制动响应时间越长,制动表面温度越低此外带排转矩也越高;制动压力对制动转矩的影响主要体现在制动转矩的响应时间上,压力越大,响应时间越短,表面温度越高,对带排转矩的影响有限。To further study wet multi--plate brake operating characteristic, by using contact temperature calculation model, thermal analysis fundamentals and Laminar flow equation, the theoretical modeling of the wet brakes brake torque, the surface temperature and the operating characteristic of towing torque are carried out. The influence regulation of the wet brake friction surfaces oil groove shape, lubricating coolant flow, the brake hydraulic pressure on brake working characteristic is studied. The results show that double circular oil groove with the processing simple compared to other oil groove, the brake torque is higher, the surface temperature is small, with a row of smaller towing effect, lubricating coolant flow primarily has a greater impact on wet brake response time, the greater the flow of brake response time is longer, lower the temperature of the braking surface in addition with the higher towing torque, the brake pressure on the braking torque of the brake torque is mainly reflected in the response time, the greater the pressure, the shorter the response time, the surface temperature is higher, and it has a limited discharge on the towing torque.
