摘　　要：法律解释连接着立法和用法,对于我国的法治社会建设具有重大意义。而随着法治建设的深入,我国的法律解释制度也逐步体系化、正规化。通过研讨法律解释制度,透析我国法律解释制度实践的现状,找寻问题产生的根源,并突破理论的局限,从而达到更好地利用法律解释制度,为法治建设服务的目的。With the deepening of the rule of law construction in China,the legal interpretation system is also gradually systemized and regularized. Through discussing legal interpretation system,this article analyzes the status quo of legal interpretation system practice in our country and seeks for the mot of problems for utilizing the legal interpretation system in a better way and serving the nomocracy con- struction.
