秋水仙素处理对新疆紫草无菌苗生长的影响

摘　　要：采用秋水仙素溶液浸泡方法处理新疆紫草无菌苗。结果表明，秋水仙素浓度为100mg／L时浸泡新疆紫草种子，明显促进下胚轴的膨大（42．1％～52．6％），抑制根的形成，但对种子萌发影响不大；无菌苗浸泡时间不宜超过48h；苗龄为25d、处理温度为20℃、秋水仙素浓度为25mg／L、浸泡12～24h时的萌发率为66％～80％，变异率为12．50％～28．78％；通过秋水仙素浸泡处理产生了丰富的形态变异。The method of colchicine solution soaking was adopted to treat Arnebia euchroma （Royle） Johnst aseptic seedling.The results showed that the hypocotyl expands （42.1%-52.6%）promoted obvi-ously and inhibited the roots formation when Arnebia euchroma （Royle）Johnst seeds were soaked in col-chicine concentration of 100 mg/L,but it is not much effect on seeds germination.The aseptic seedling soa-king time shoulds not be more than 48 h.The germination rate was 66%~80% and the mutation rate was 12.50%-28.78%,Mutated with 25 mg/L colchicine at the temperature of 20 ℃ for 12 h to 24 h.After soaking by colchicine treatment produced abundant morphological variation.
