摘 要:采用微机控制电子万能试验机对密度分别为187.5 kg/m3和250.0 kg/m3的棉花秸秆草砖进行横压、侧压和竖压,并通过荷载与位移的关系曲线,得到应力与应变的发展趋势,研究棉秆草砖的承载力、极限抗压强度和弹性模量变化。结果表明,在同尺寸同密度的条件下棉花秸秆草砖的力学性能与其压缩方式有关,竖压方式下棉花秸秆草砖的承载力较大,其中在失效点处竖压的极限抗压强度和弹性模量的数值最大;在密度不同时,高密度草砖的承载力、极限抗压强度和弹性模量均大于低密度草砖。To study the mechanical properties of cotton straw brick which were related to the density and compression ways,which were tested by using microcomputer control electroGuniversal testing machine, and the mechanical properties of density about 187.5 kg/m3 and 250.0 kg/m3 cotton straw bricks were obG tained by different test ways.According to the straw brick vertical stress and displacement relationship curves and the development law of the stress and strain,the bearing capacity,ultimate uniaxial compressive strength and elastic modulus can be determined.Test results showed that under the condition of the same size and density,its mechanical properties were related to the compression ways,and the vertical pressure of the ultimate compressive strength,elastic modulus value were maximum at the failure point.If the densiG ty was different,the ultimate compressive strength and elastic modulus and bearing capacity of the high density of straw brick were greater than low density straw brick.
