摘 要:选用三只L型活性染料安诺素黄棕L-F,安诺素红L-S,安诺素藏青L-3G用于蚕丝织物染色。探讨了染色方法、Na2CO3质量浓度、NaCl质量浓度、固色温度和时间对染色织物K/S值的影响,测试了染色织物的色牢度。研究结果表明:采用先酸后碱法用于蚕丝织物的染色,染色织物可获得较高的K/S值;当染料质量浓度为0.2 g/L时,最佳染色工艺为染色pH4,Na2CO31 g/L,NaCl 20 g/L,固色温度50℃,固色时间60 min左右,染色织物的耐洗、耐摩擦色牢度均在3级以上。Three L-type reactive dyes namely ANOZOL yellow L-F,red L-S and blue L-3G were used to dye silk fabrics. The influences of dyeing method,mass concentration of Na2CO3,mass concentration of NaCl,fixation temperature and time on K /S value of the fabrics were investigated. The color fastness of dyed fabrics was also tested.The results show that the dyed fabrics can gain high K /S value with the dyeing method of first acid condition and then alkaline condition; when mass concentration of the dye is 0. 2 g /L,the optimal dyeing process is as follows: pH 4,Na2CO31 g /L,NaCl 20 g /L,fixation temperature 50 ℃,fixation time 60 min. Under this process,the fastness to washing and color fastness to rubbing of the dyed fabrics exceed Level 3.
