云南发展电子认证服务的政策环境和应用需求研究

摘　　要：阐述电子认证服务的概念、应用和意义。从世界各国、中国以及云南三个层面对电子认证服务发展进行比较分析。从政策环境和应用需求研究得出结论,行业主管部门和应用部门对电子认证服务的重视程度和扶持力度日益提升,行业和领域愿意购买电子认证服务来保障网络应用的安全。在云南发展电子认证服务具有必要性和可行性,政府应积极出台相关政策和措施,加快推进云南电子认证服务建设的步伐。This article explains the concept, application and significance of the electronic certification service and compares the development of electronic certification service among other countries in the world, China and Yunnan. Based on the policy environment and applications and needs, the conclusion is made： the degree of attention and support from the industrial administration and application division of electronic certification service are growing; and different industries and fields are willing to buy electronic certification service to ensure the security of network application. The development of electronic certification service is necessary and feasible in Yunnan. The government should actively introduce relevant policies and measures to accelerate the development of electronic certification service in Yunnan.
