摘  要:国家大科学工程"稳态强磁场装置"混合磁体的外超导磁体采用了管内电缆导体(CICC)方案,CICC超导接头就成为建设强磁场装置的关键技术之一.针对混合磁体的结构和工作模式,我们设计了两种新型结构、满足不同连接需要的CICC导体超导接头,并对研制的超导接头样品在4.2K低温下进行了性能测试,其各项性能满足了稳态强磁场混合磁体外超导磁体的工作要求.本文将主要介绍该超导接头的设计方案以及整个研制过程.The "Steady high magnetic field device" project belongs to the national large scale scientific construction project. The superconducting magnet outsert of the hybrid magnet adopted the concept of the Cable^in-Conduit Conductors (CICC), so CICC superconducting joint becomes one of the critical technologies to construct the high magnetic field device. According to the structure and working mode of the hybrid magnet, we have designed two kinds of superconducting joints with novel structures, which can meet the different connection needs of the superconductor coils. The performance tests of the superconducting joint samples have been carried out in 4. 2 K low temperature, and their performances can satisfy the work requirements of superconducting magnet outsert of the hybrid magnet. This paper mainly introduces the whole design and manufacture process of the superconducting joints.
