2013年我院万古霉素临床应用专项点评结果分析

摘　　要：目的 :评价我院万古霉素的临床应用情况。方法:参照《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》和《万古霉素临床应用中国专家共识(2011年版)》、《北京市医疗机构处方专项点评指南(试行)》,对我院2013年1-11月出院患者使用万古霉素的110份病历共110例次的用药情况进行回顾性调查。结果:符合适应证标准96例(87.27%);符合剂量与用法标准50例(45.45%)。结论:通过药物使用分析,严格掌握适应证,减少盲目经验用药,有助于提高万古霉素的合理用药水平。Objective： To evaluate the clinical use of vancomycin in our hospital. Methods： A retrospective sur-vey was conducted on the application of vancomycin in discharged patients（110 prescriptions of 110 cases/times）in 2013 according to The Guiding Principle of Clinical Use of Antibacterials, The Chinese Expert Consensus for Clinical Ap-plication of Vancomycin （2010 Edition）, and The Guidance of Special Comments on Prescription in Beijing Medical Institutions （Trial）. Results： About 96 cases （87.27%） met the criteria of therapeutic indications and 50 cases （45.45%） met the criteria of dosage and administration. Conclusion： Through the analysis of drug use, to strictly control the in-dications and reduce blind medication by experience will be helpful to promote the level of rational use of drugs.
