摘  要:蜗壳是水电站厂房的重要结构,其应力状态是施工过程中的重点关注内容。通过对锦屏一级水电站6#机组蜗壳结构的原型观测,研究蜗壳在水压试验阶段、充水保压阶段和卸压阶段的受力特征,蜗壳和外围混凝土的联合受力情况。结果表明,监测仪器部位钢蜗壳应力均匀,未出现明显的应力集中现象,钢板应力未超过钢材强度,蜗壳和外包混凝土联合受力良好,间隙开合度与钢板应力呈负相关关系,外包混凝土应变和钢筋应力均在正常受力范围。Spiral case is an important structure in hydropower station and its stress state is focused on in the process of construction. The stress characteristics and the combined effect of spiral case and the surrounding concrete are studied with prototype measurements at the stages of hydro pressure testing, water filling pressure keeping, and pressure releasing. The results of measurements show that the stresses in the spiral case are uniform and below tensile strength and no obvious concentrated stress has been detected, the combined effect of spiral case and its surrounding concrete is in a good stress condition, the gap of spiral case and its steel stress have a negative correlation.
