摘 要:将多层石墨烯用作超级电容器的导电剂,并与10%炭黑为导电剂的极片进行对比。随着多层石墨烯含量的增加,超级电容器的等效串联电阻减小,但含量超过5%后,减小不明显;电极比电容先增大、后减小,当含量为5%时达到最大。5%多层石墨烯电极与10%炭黑电极相比,倍率特性略差,但可在增加活性材料含量的同时获得较大的比电容(117.4F/g)和较小的等效串联电阻(1.18Ω),以1.2A/g的电流在0—2.7V循环1000次,电容衰减率不超过1.5%。Multilayer graphene was used as electrode conductive agent of supercapacitor, then compared with electrode of 10% content of carbon black as conductive agent. Equivalent series resistance of supercapacitor decreased with the increasing of muhilayer graphene content, but the decreasing was not obvious after the content exceeded 5%. Specific capacitance of electrode first increased then decreased, achieved the maximum when the content was 5%. Compared with electrode of 10% carbon black, the rate capability of electrode of 5 % multilayer graphene was slightly worse;but it could get larger specific capacitance ( 117.4 F/g)and smaller equivalent series resistance( 1.18 Ω)at the same time of increasing the content of activated material,the capacitance decay rate was all less than 1.5% after 1 000 cycles at the current of 1.2 A/g in 0 ~2. 7 V.
