摘  要:通过温度改变钢壳内表面与导电涂层的黏结性,对LR6实验电池进行内阻、放电测试,讨论钢壳内表面与导电涂层的黏结性对电池性能的影响。随着温度的升高,黏结性提升,在温度为150℃或170℃时效果最佳。黏结性良好的电池的高温储存性能更好,尤其体现在高温储存后的1 000 mA脉冲、3.9Ω间放性能上。高温储存后,黏结性良好的电池的大电流放电性能较黏结性差的电池提升10%。The cohesiveness between the steel shell internal surface and the conductive coating was changed by temperature, the internal resistance and discharge for LR6 experimental battery was tested, the effect of cohesiveness between the steel shell internal surface and the conductive coating on the battery performance was discussed. With the increasing of temperature, the cohesiveness increased,the effect was the best when temperature was 150 ℃ or 170 ℃. The battery with fine cohesiveness had better high-temperature storage performance, particularly reflected in the 1 000 mA and 3.9Ω intermittent discharge after high-temperature storage. The heavy load discharge performance increased 10% compared with the poor cohesiveness one after high-temperature storage.
