应用密切值法及RSR分档法评价广西某三甲医院近十年的医疗质量

摘　　要：目的通过综合评价,了解某院十年来的医疗质量情况,为加强医院管理提供决策依据。方法选择11个用于评价医院医疗质量的指标,采用密切值法、RSR分档法对该院2003年-2012年的医疗质量进行综合评价。结果近十年来,该院医疗质量总体呈平稳上升趋势,根据各年度密切值的分档及其排序,2008年度的医疗质量最好,密切值iC为0.66;2003年度的医疗质量最差,密切值为16.75;各年度医疗质量分档合理,2008年和2011年处于质量好的档次,2003年、2004年和2005年处于质量差的档次,其余年度处于中等水平,各档差异性具有统计学意义。结论密切值法与RSR分档法结合能有效地综合评价医疗质量。Objective To acquire the medical quality situation in recent 10 years of a hospital through comprehensive evaluation,and provide decision basis for strengthening the management of the hospital.Methods Eleven indexes for evaluating the medical quality were selected,then conducted comprehensive evaluation on the medical quality of the hospital from 2003 to 2012 with the application of Close-value method,RSR grading method.Results Over the past decade,the overall medical quality of the hospital showed a steady upward trend.According to the grade and sort of the output quality from 2003 to 2012,the medical quality in 2008 ranked the first,the value was 0.66,while 2003 ranked the last,the value was 16.75.The grading of medical quality in each year was reasonable,2008 and 2011 were in better quality grade,while 2004 and 2005 were in worse quality grade,and the rest were in medium level,the difference of each grade had statistically significance.Conclusions Combined with Close-value method and RSR grading method,the medical quality could be evaluated comprehensively and effectively.
