摘 要:钢骨混凝土组合结构涉及结构形式多、施工分包单位多,在钢结构深化设计阶段,需协调组织各专业各分包单位进行钢筋加工、安装工序详细交底,做好预留穿筋孔及钢筋连接板,并充分考虑混凝土浇筑,提前在钢结构的构件上预留混凝土浇筑孔,避免漏孔和错孔。以相关规范和原设计施工图节点做法为依据,研究钢骨与钢筋相交部位的节点做法,做好钢结构节点的深化设计,确保了施工顺利进行,减少了施工难度,提高了作业效率,为钢骨混凝土结构钢节点施工技术的应用提供了依据。Steel reinforced concrete composite structure involves relatively complex structural forms and multiple construction subcontractors. During in-depth design of steel structure, all subcontractors shall be harmonized and organized for disclosure of details about reinforcement process and installation sequence, steel bar holes and connection plates shall be preset and sufficient consideration shall be made to concrete grouting. Concrete grouting hole shall be reserved in advance on components of steel structure, so as to avoid omission and error of grouting hole. Based on the methods specified in relevant specifications and original construction drawings, construction method for nodes connecting steel frame and steel bar is researched and in-depth design of steel structure node is carried out, to successfully guarantee smooth construction, reduce construction difficulties and improve construction efficiency. References are provides for application of construction technique for node of steel reinforced concrete structure.
