摘 要:光信·国信嘉园项目基坑深度为11.5 m,呈反L形,地下2层,地上17层,裙房3层,建筑总高68.1m,基坑安全等级为一级。工程地下水控制采用侧壁水泥土搅拌桩非落地式帷幕和中深井降水的联合处理方式,支护采用排桩和锚索综合支护体系,减少了基坑变形、降水对周边建筑物的沉降影响,支护变形实际监测未达到报警值,比采用单一桩支护方案成本降低20%以上,收到预期效果。The L-shape foundation pit of Guangxin-Guoxin Garden project is as deep as 11.5m. The project is composed of 2 underground floors, 3 podium floors and 17 overground floors, with a total building height of 68.1m. The foundation pit belongs to class I safety. Groundwater is controlled through a joint method of cement. soil pile non-floor-length curtain wall plus medium deep well dewatering, and composite supporting system is composed of row of piles and anchor cable, to reduce the foundation pit deformation and settlement of surrounding buildings due to dewatering. Actual monitored deformation of the supporting system doesn't reach the alarm limit. This technique could save more than 20% of construction cost than single pile supporting system and successfully realizes the expected effect.
