大连旧工业建筑改造再利用现状与探索

摘　　要：许多城市的老工业建筑由于无法满足市场经济的发展需求而被闲置,从而面临改造再利用甚至拆除的现实问题,通过举例分析大连市3个不同的旧工业改造案例,旨在为东北乃至全国的旧工业建筑的改造再利用提供借鉴和参考。The old industrial buildings in many cities are left unused due to that they could not satisfy the requirements of urban economic development, so they need to be rebuilt and reutilized, even be dismantled. Three different old industrial building reconstruction cases are analyzed to provide references for old industrial building reconstruction and reutilization projects in Northeast China, even in the whole country of China.
