摘　　要：模拟光端机在微型化和集成度提高的同时,热设计成为了其需要攻克的难题之一。文中基于密集型模拟光端机的关键器件和整机的热分析,提供了其热设计的方法。通过对比热设计前后光端机的指标,很好地说明了热设计对密集型模拟光端机的重要性。Thermal analysis is very important in miniaturization and integration of analog optical transceiver. Thermal design method is proposed based on the thermal analysis of the key part and whole machine. Compared with the original optical transceiver, the new thermal design results proves its importance.
