摘　　要：介绍了APG冷板的结构形式,分析了不同热导率的石墨对APG冷板热导率的影响,最后给出APG冷板选用不同热导率的石墨材料的建议。The structure of APG cold plate is introduced. The influence of different graphite thermal etmductivily on thernml conluetivity of APG cold plate is analyzed. The suggestions for choosing the graphite material with different thermal conductivity for APG cold plate are presented.
