摘  要:基于有限元法对某MW级风机滚动式偏航系统联接螺栓静强度和疲劳强度分析方法进行研究。首先将偏航系统的力学模型进行简化,建立了偏航系统有限元模型,然后根据GL规范对螺栓进行静强度和疲劳强度计算;为考虑螺栓紧固过程中预紧力分散影响,提出了一种最小预紧力加外载计算应力增量的分析方法,同时充分考虑轴承滚子刚度对螺栓受力的影响,并分析联接面的接触状态及对螺栓受力的影响规律,对风电系统联接螺栓强度的精确计算有积极的指导意义。Based on FEA method, the intensity analysis of bolt connection on MW wind turbine yaw system was carried out. First of all, the mechanical model was simplified, which lead to build of entire FEA analysis model. Then according to GL regulation, the static and fatigue strength were calculated, in which a method of stress increment based on minimum pre-load together with exterior load was applied in order to consider tightening scattered, and the state of connected area and stiff of roller of bearing were also considered to analysis stress of bolts. The FEA construction and analysis are useful and positive to precise design of bolt in yaw system.
