摘  要:基于纤蛇纹石一维纳米管结构和形态属性,以石棉尾矿中分选的纤蛇纹石短纤维为原料,采用硫酸氢铵与纤蛇纹石短纤维混合焙烧,选择性浸出纤蛇纹石短纤维中主要金属氧化物,制备纤维状多孔SiO2。获取去金属氧化物作用(以氧化镁浸取率表征)最佳浸取条件为:NH4HSO4/MgO摩尔比为2.5,焙烧温度为500℃,焙烧反应时间为1.5 h。结合焙烧过程分析,证明焙烧过程中纤蛇纹石的镁氧八面体片溶解,保留和修饰了硅氧四面体片残骸,最终形成纤维状多孔SiO2。对制备的纤维状多孔SiO2样品进行表征,其中SiO2含量为94.71%,且保持纤维纳米属性。此研究为纤维状多孔SiO2制备提供新的方法。Based on the structure and morphology of one-dimensional nanotube chrysotile. This paper chose short chrysotile fibers separation from chrysotile asbestos tailings as raw material. Fibrious silica has been prepared by ammonium bisulfate mix-roasted selectivity extracting mental oxide in short chrysotile fibers. The optimum parameters(characterization by MgO extract rate ) obtained by separate factor conditional experiments were as follows: the NH4HSO4:MgO molar rate was 2.5, the roasting temperature 500 ℃, the roasting time was 1.5 h. Combined with roasting process, the result indicating that completely dissolution of the brucite octahedral sheets in ch^sotile, and retained and modified Si-O tetrahedral sheet. The XRD show that fibrous silica was porous, chemical composition of fibrious silica was 94.71%, keeping one-dimensional nanotube attribute. This research will provide a new method for preparation of porous silica.
