摘 要:研究了粉煤灰、矿粉2种掺合料完全取代水泥对干混砂浆性能的影响。结果表明,增稠保水剂(纤维素醚与胶粉按1:1质量比复配)均掺0.05%,膨润土掺量为3%时,砂浆的稠度和保水性较好;粉煤灰、矿粉复掺可完全取代水泥,当复掺65%-70%粉煤灰和30%~35%矿粉,加入上述增稠保水剂时,砂浆工作性较好,28d龄期强度比纯粉煤灰高约7MPa,满足干混砂浆M7.5强度标准要求。The workability and mechanical property of dry-mixed mortar can be improved and the cost of raw materials has been reduced by adding some admixtures in dry-mixed mortar. The influence made by completely replacing cement by two different mineral admixtures fly ash and slag power on dry-mixed mortar was investigated. The results indicated that when 0.05% hydroxypropyl cellulose ether and redispersible polymer powder was mixed with the mass proportion of 1 : 1, and 3% bentonite; the consistency and water-binding capacity of dry-mixed mortar was better.It is feasible that mixed fly ash and slag power replace cement completely, the standard requirements of M7.5 grade strength can be reached by adding 65%-70% fly ash, 30%-35% slag powder, and mortar has good workability with the above thickener, the 28 d strength is about 7 MPa higher than that of pure fly ash.
