摘 要:介绍了细粒红柱石在实验室小型试验的基础上进行的中间试验研究。中间试验的目的在于发现实验室小型试验难以充分查明的工艺特性及设备的某些关键环节,这些关键环节的可靠性有可能会对技术经济指标产生严重影响。通过调试优化,最终获得了与实验室小试一致的分选指标。经3天9班72小时连续运转指标稳定,连续运转平均指标:红柱石精矿产率10.31%,Al2O3品位55.39%,回收率22.97%。精矿中红柱石矿物含量93.17%,红柱石矿物回收率46.76%,Fe2O3含量0.88%。中间试验验证了实验室小型试验工艺流程的合理性及所达到的技术指标,达到了此次中间试验的目的。The pilot test of the fine particle andalusite mineral processing based on the test in laboratory was introduced. The aims of the pilot test were to discover some of the key process of flow-sheets and equipments which was difficult to discover in the laboratory tests, and the reliability of those key process might affect the technical and economic index. By adjustment and optimization, the final index required was consistent with the laboratory tests. The continuous operation indicators by three day-72 hours was stable. The average indicators of continuous operation shown that: the andalusite concentrate mineral content and recovery of andalusite was 93.17% and 46.76%, the content and recovery of Al2O3 was 56.62% and 22.97%, the detrimental Fe2O3 content was 0.88%. The pilot test was accomplished and further verified the flow-sheet and the index of the lab tests was rational.
